Can Money Buy You Happiness?

For me I would need to say yes and no, because with money I would have more props for my YouTube videos. Then I would make videos every day. Then one day I will wake up and all of a sudden I have one hundred thousand subscribers. I would be happy because thousands of people are watching me.  Just imagine one thousand subscribers watching me, and there's a plus to having money. The plus is drumroll please. . Anyway the plus is... I'll have enough money for my dream house and all of you can come and will have a party, and parties are fun. I would still be happy if I don't have money as long as nobody eats my drum rolls. If someone eats my drum rolls "  I can tell you I don’t have money; but what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career; skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. I will find you and I will kill you."-Liam Neeson.

P.S that last part was a joke. I will not kill you.

the amazing saxophone player!!!

Meeda Orway and I play an instrument. He plays the tuba while I play the tenor saxophone. Meeda Orway blasted a sound in my ear and challenged me to a duel to see who is the best player. We met at the practice room and played Songs For Friends. I won. I won most of them besides one,the evil SEVEN NATIONS ARMY! I've never ever played that song before. He won the whole thing because he did so well on that song. Then I played in his ear and challenged him. I've worked really hard on Seven Nation Army, so I'm destined to win. A few minutes have passed and I am on the losing streak, and then Seven Nation Army comes up. I killed it! I won! Meeda Orway was crying. He ran to the door and broke his tuba. Then he looked at me with vicious red eyes. He had a piece of his tuba that was really sharp. I ripped a sharp piece off my saxophone, and when we charged, the band teacher walked inand put us in detention for an hour. he wanted us to try to get along with each other. We were fighting and fighting until I woke up in a dark room. A girl opened the door and said,"Hi honey." "Who are you?" I said. "I'm your wife silly, Meeda. Get up, we are walking through the woods." "What year is it?" I asked. "2016, stop messin' around with me!" She said nervously. We were walking through the romantic woods, and I asked her when we got married, how old we were, and a lot more stuff. I wondered why we got married. We were talking in the band room and then I got here. We talked until we heard SEVEN NATION ARMY! It was the real Meeda Orway. He came up to me and said,"Who is that girl? She looks like me." The two Meeda Orways were fighting until they both ran away. Weird. I ran away shouting,"I'M FREE I'M FREE!" but I didn't know how to get back home.

What Happens Next: Silvius' Story Pt4

Welcome back. Again I asked you a question and you responded. If you're not caught up with the story so far, read Parts 12, and 3 here.
_________________________________________________________________________________

Forget running, I thought while charging into battle, words on my tongue. I spoke one and a flaming suit of armor surrounded me. I spoke another and my phoenix appeared at my side. I reached the man and chopped at the soldiers with my flaming sword. The first one was surprised as he was attacked, but that gave the others time to prepare. They backed away and then ran out of the tower. It was clear I intimidated them. I dismissed the armor, felling very tired when I heard the man scream out. The first soldier attacked him with his dying breath.

I rushed to the man's side, and tried to summon some fire to cauterize his wound, but nothing was coming. The man started to rasp, "You won't be able to summon fire no matter how hard you try. *cough* You wasted your magical energy fighting the solders. It will take a while to recuperate. *cough* I am beyond healing. *cough* Go to my friend on top of Mt. Kutachi. Tell him I sent you. *cough* He will be able to teach you in earth magic. *cough* Nova will lead you there. *cough**cough* Don't come back for me. *cough**cough* Tell him my name is V—"

He passed out. I felt for a pulse but couldn't find one. I knew I had only known him for a day, but I felt like it was all my life. I swore I would avenge his death. I rapidly ran out over the windowsill, and morphed into an eagle. Nova joined me at my side. He flew ahead of me and lead me into the twisting mountain range. We flew for hours, leaving me plenty of time to think about what happened. Fortunately, flying has a way of taking your mind off things. Finally, we reached the mountain. Nova came to rest on top of a small ledge in a cave. I changed back into myself, and Nova came and perched on my shoulder.

We walked into the cave. It grew darker, but not that dark as we wound our way down. I realized Nova was lighting it up. We reached what looked like a more civilized part of the cave and slowly walked into a huge room. I walked into the room and over a huge pile of boulders. It looked like no one had lived there in over a century, and it had caved in. I suddenly heard a rumbling noise being me, but before I could turn around I was snatched into the air. I looked up and saw a hulking giant behind me.

"Who are you?" he asked in a slow lumbering voice.

"My name is Silvius. I was rescued from the king when I discovered my powers by a man who lived in a tower. He trained me in fire magic, and said you could train me in earth with his dying breath."

"He is not my friend. He neglected me to my curse for years. Now he wants my help. I will train you in earth, but only if you promise to attempt to break my curse."

"I promise."

"Very well."

He lifted me higher up to his face. Then, he swallowed me! I fell down through his mouth and came to rest on a little island. I heard someone say hello, and I saw them walk out of the shadows.

"My name is Grudle. I was cursed into this body many years ago. Let us begin our training."

I heard the language wash over me again, but this time Grudle didn't say anything. It took about two minutes, and then we were done.

"Now, can I leave?" I asked Grudle

"You tell me," he responded, "If you bust out we are both free. If you don't you're trapped here forever."

I was quite upset, but attempted to use my newfound magic to destroy the shell. I focused deeply on the outer shell, and pictured it disappearing. I felt the words come into my mind. I spoke them. The wall got a tiny crack in it. I tried again. Nothing happened. I tried again, but it was useless.

"Looks like you're trapped in here, just like I thought," Grudle said

That made me incredibly upset. He was so stuck up. If I couldn't destroy the shell, I wasn't going to be trapped there with him. I charged at him, words of destruction on my tongue. I spoke them, and the entire shell fell apart.

"I knew that would work," Grudle said, "I was so infused with the shell that the magic got confused. I will go with you to usurp the king. I don't know who will train you in the other magics, but we can at least free the wizards."

I wasn't sure I trusted him, but I decided to ask some questions.

"How do I know I can trust you?"

"You don't, but you know I helped you."

"Where will we go?"

"We will go to a lesser outcropping of the kingdom where the king trains new wizards."

"Finally, what was the man in the tower's name?"

"He never told you? It is —"

A huge rumbling cut him off.

"Cave in!"

We ran out through the cave, until we reached the opening. We looked out, but didn't see anything.

"Well, let's go," Grudle said.

I wasn't sure if I could trust him...

_________________________________________________________________________________
Well, that is the end of part 4, tell me what you think in the comments. Should Silvius go with Grudle or strike out alone? You tell me for part 5 coming 2017.

What Happens Next: Silvius' Story Pt3

Again, I gave a question, and you readers answered. Before reading this story, please read Pt1 and Pt2 so you can understand everything.
_________________________________________________________________________________

"Fire," I responded without a sliver of a doubt, "I love fire."

"Very well," the man responded and he lead me over to the red wall. Interestingly, as we approached the wall, the other walls receded into oblivion until eventually we were standing in a single red room.   He sat me down in front of the fireplace, which had now sprung to life.

"First," he informed me, "I will have to give your magical essence the concept of fire. I will do this by teaching you a few key words. Then, we will have to train."

All that he said without speaking exactly, but more imparting the knowledge onto my brain. Suddenly, I felt more of the mysterious language washing over me. Random words sprung into my mind as the man thought-spoke to me.

"Fire is one of the basic elements. Fire can shape earth. Fire can vaporize water. Fire consumes air."

The furnace flared.

"All of the elements are equally powerful, but together they can shape creation."

The cage of the phoenix melted.

"Fire is the element of offense. Use it well."

I didn't realize I was in a trance, but I instantly snapped awake. The newly freed phoenix jumped onto my lap. A few strands of pure red energy flew from the phoenix to me.

"That means you two are now connected," the man said, "You will be able to find each other no matter where you are. Give him a name now."

"Nova," I said, "I will call him Nova."

"Good. Now, follow me to the training room."

We walked out of the room and into the major room. We exited and walked down the staircase some more. We came to another room that quite resembled the stereotypical ancient dojo.

"Here we will begin training," he said, "focus hard on summoning fire, and the words will come to you like before."

Ok, I always wanted a weapon of pure fire. Let's do that.  I envisioned holding a sword of pure flame,  and I heard the words again. This time though, they seemed clearer, and more accurate. I whispered the words, and the sword appeared.

"Woah!" the man yelled as he stepped back, "I've never seen such a brilliant display on the first try. Usually, people can barely manage more than a single spark. You have great potential."

He was suddenly cut off when a rattling went through the entire tower. We ran to the window and saw the King's men banging down the door. They burst in a moment later and started running up the stairs.

"Go," yelled the man, "I'll hold them off so you can escape."

"No, let me fight them with you."

"It's too risky, you need to escape so you can beat the king."

The men charged down the hallway as I got to the window. They started attacking the man. I wanted to help him, but he told me to run...
_________________________________________________________________________________
This time I want you readers to again decide what to do. Does Silvius fight or run? Please leave your answer in the comments, and I will get back to you soon with part 4.

My YouTube channel

As some of you know I've started a YouTube channel, and for those who didn't know this is what I do. "Gum bear monday" is the name of my YouTube channel. I mostly do pranks, games, and comedy skits, but I also do vlogs, reviews, announcements ( for more videos ), and short life stories ( in animation ). If you are reading this and have a YouTube channel ( if you don't, make one ) subscribe to me. Depending on if you make videos on your channel, I'll subscribe to you. Any way my videos, not to be hard on myself, but they are bad. Think of it like this. Look at Romanatwood he gets enough money from his subscribers to go sky diving while live streaming, and he has. If you watch his first videos they were bad like my videos. So look at it like this I could be the next Romanatwood, but Gum bear monday. SO IF YOU READ THIS SUBSCRIBE TO ME. Then, later when I'm an awesome You-Tuber with all the money💸. I'll let you on my awesome go kart track that goes through a shark tank. If you are old enough you can shoot my flame thrower. Also there's a big chance I will be a scuba diver when I grow up so that means three things: First, I will live near the ocean, probably in Orlando, so I'll go to all the theme parks. If I don't live there, then hopefully I will live in Ohio, so there will be lots of open space(that means I can have a big house ) Two, I will live stream all my dives. Third, I will throw a party under water. That is basically what I'll do on my YouTube channel.

P.S. For all the people who go to my school I may record around school so leave in the comments if you would like to be in my videos, and which videos.

What Happens Next: Silvius' Story Pt2

I put the first part of this story out on the blog a bit ago (you can read it here if you haven't yet) and you chose for Silvius to go with the hermit. Well, here you go.
_________________________________________________________________________________

I figured I could get back home quite fast, so I followed the hermit. We walked out of the clearing and he turned his head.

"Try to keep up!" he challenged.

Then, he surprised me by transforming into a wolf! Not to be outdone, I chased after him while becoming a wolf as well. We ran through the forest at great speeds, into areas I've never been. Finally, we reached a cliff. I thought that was it, but instead he hurled himself off. He's crazy, I thought, until I saw an eagle go swooping up. I followed his example, and now we were soaring through the clouds. We flew for about 15 minutes before coming to rest on a tower far out in the mountains.

We both changed back into our natural selves. I had a million questions, but something told me he wouldn't take kindly to them. We walked down a long staircase until we reached something that resembled a living room. We sat down, and the hermit spoke.

"I am sure you have many questions," he said, "and they will be answered in due time, but for starters, just know this. The skill you posses, as you have seen, is certainty rare, but not unique. In time you will come to learn other powers. You will also be able to morph into bigger and more magical creatures. I came to find you as soon as I noticed the King's men coming to meet you. The king has captured almost anyone who had this power and used them to enforce his will. I am one of the few living people to have escaped. I will train you now so you can better defend yourself against the king."

"That sounds amazing," I responded, "but what will become of my father?"

"They will most likely leave him alone."

"And also, you mentioned magical creatures, are those a thing?"

"Why of course they are, I will introduce you to my pets shortly."

"Finally, what are you even going to train me in?"

"Well, I'm not the most skilled magician there is, but I will teach you a type of elemental magic. One is all I will have time for, so you will have to chose. I will also give you a pet that is affiliated with that element."

I still had plenty of questions I wanted answered, but I followed him into another room. I was overwhelmed by what I saw in there. It was pentagonal; each side had a different color. One wall was red, and had a fireplace, furnace, and on a perch, was a still flame. Another wall was open to the outside. It had wings hanging on a wall, and hanging over the edge, was a griffin in a cage. The third wall was painted brown. It contained a small hill, and a snake in another cage. The final wall was somehow a window into the ocean. There was a coral reef infiltrating from the wall, and a cage containing a horse with a fish tail.

"As I said," the man acknowledged, noticing my interest, "you must choose only one element to be
trained in. Maybe someone else will train you in others. If you chose fire, you will get a phoenix as a pet. If you choose air, you will get a griffin as a pet. If you choose earth, you will get a basilisk. And if you choose water, you will get a hippocampus.
_________________________________________________________________________________

_________________________________________________________________________________

Again, I want you readers to make this choice. What element should Silvius train in. Please respond in the comments with earth, air, fire, or water, and I will write a third part based on your choice.

The Great Band War

The air was humid and dry with the sounds of battle all around. The tuba's blasting, full fire of metal and steel bullets.

Ok, I might get how you don't get what I'm talking about. Maybe in your dimension, musical instruments don't mean war weapons. Maybe you play music that people like hearing... but here, it's much different.

Let's start with the facts. What to start with, what to start with... oh, ok. Let's start with what type of weapon the instruments are most like. Our clarinets are like your spearmen, they lead the charge with many waves to wear down the enemy. Now, a very important instrument of war, the oboes. These are terrible to go up against. They play normal sounds and destroy the ears of enemies, which makes them venerable. Now the flutes, these guys usually stay mostly out of sight and blow little poisonous blow darts out of their instruments. Alright, let's talk about the grenade launchers, or should I say, the saxophones. They take out the groups quickly for less trouble. Now to the trumpets, these dudes are pretty important. They are the classic medics, they blow out of their horns and press different valves for different types of medicine. The baritones, they are the anti aircraft. They have good accuracy to shoots down planes and such. Don't worry, we are almost done just two more, but these two are inportant. First there is the trombone. These people stay back and guard the flanks. Trombones are like your snipers. Last and not least, there is the mighty tuba. The few tubas we have are like your bazookas. They blast tanks and enemies in bunches. Tubas are one of the most important battle instruments around.

''Smells terrible out here. You can smell the gunpowder of the saxophones,'' mentioned lieutenant
Cody, leader of the trumpets.

''Alright boys, move in. The baritones need our help. The battle planes took most of them out, but there is still Captain Klindy.'' The trumpets moved out, dodging the occasional trombone shot. The enemy had their trombones set up on the left mountain, avoiding most of the war and just sniping. Little did they know that the 4th Calvary clarinets were on the way. The plan was to attack from the left flank, taking them by surprise and keeping them at close range, just to spear them.

''141 left side,'' shouted the spotter of the tubas. The crack of the tuba roared as it spotted the lone flute group.

''Looks as if they want to surprise attack our trumpets healing the baritones.''

''Lets take 'em out!'' The ear-shuttering din of the blast as the tuba took out the group in one swift shell.''

''Nice shot commander,'' the spotter said while scoping in to find the next group of eniemies.

''We have almost taken them all out, lets keep pushing one by one, and we will win this war.'' All the spotter could do was nod in amazement as the enemy forces were being pushed back. This young commander's name was private Brian Lonewheather. He was truly inspired watching the epic battle, the clarinets taking out the first waves, the trombones one shell at a time taking the enemy's defenses to town. The giant, golden, tubas roaring as they took out every single infantry, Calvary, or tank. It truly was, a great win for the...

''Private Brian, look out! Rocket coming 23 west!'' Its was too late, was he gone? He can't be... he was just a kid. The private roared out of the rubble standing strong, only to see the tubas get overrun and retreat, to see the last clarinet get taken out, the groups of enemy saxophones destroying every bit of remaining forces we had.

What had happened!? We had it, we had everything done and ready to celebrate. He heard a crunch behind him and what he saw before him was truly terrifying, the barrel, of an SS47 base drum staring right at him.

''Nice try,'' the private mummered.

Should I continue with a sequel?

How 2012 Should Have Ended

These are my thoughts on how the 2012 movie should have ended.
I think that when they were at the airport they should have jumped on the plane, but have someone fall off the plane. Then have the main character reach for him but end up falling with the other man. But when the rest of the family gets to China, the plane ends up crash landing. The kids and the mom live  when it crashes. Some Samurais come and try to kill the rest of the family, but the mom punches one of the samurais. She pics up the katana and kills all of the samurais. After she dose that the army comes and shoots the mom and the rest of the family.  The family becomes zombies. Then the dad bites a train conductor. He becomes a zombie. The world becomes zombies.  The zombie family becomes a family again but as zombies.

That is what I think should have happened.

                               THE

The meaning of life

Taco Bell has never really been just food. Taco Bell can attract people in just a matter of minutes. I mean, that new $5 box was a great improvement. After that, they added a PlayStation VR ( virtual reality) give away. That was mind blowing. Did you even know there is a Star Wars Battlefront game x-wing flyer in VR that you control that has something to do with Rogue One?! That's beside the point. The point is, that I realized that the meaning of life is not to find self enjoyment or help the earth be a better place. None of that hippy dippy baloney. The true meaning of life is to .......................................................... Eat Taco Bell.
It all makes sense. Ever since Taco Bell made its first taco, it's been calling for attention. The only reason it steals people's ideas like my Dorito taco and Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which were my ideas, is that they need them. No ideas, no tacos. No tacos, no life. No life, no meaning.

Don't Lose Your Shoe

Don't lose your shoe.

If you lose your shoe you'll spend time trying to find it. Which will make you late for school. And you will most likely be embarrassed when you walk into the classroom of judgmental pre teens, which throws you off track for the rest of the day. You will not focus as well. And you'll get bad grades, because your luck is so bad. And that day, you had a huge test and you failed. Which makes your mom angry. We all know when your mom is angry, it's the end of the world. So that sucks for you.

Your mom grounds you. Your grounded which means no computer, no friends, and no phone. That means you officially have no friends.

And now that you have no friends, you are lonely. Now, you're not doing well in school and never will.

Now, you have a bad job, and when you have a bad job you don't get money. Or, you don't get a good house or car because you have no money. Because you can't afford good food, you now have heart cancer and can't afford the hospital, so you eventually die.

So don't lose your shoe.

I'm not scared...

It was Halloween  time at night. It was dark outside. There was a grandpa here. He was going trick or treating with his grandson. I got a lot of candy with my grandpa and there was this big scary pumpkin. I do not know if it was a pumpkin. My family and I went in a haunted house. It was scary for my family, but I was not scared at all. The name of the haunted house was the Hell Scream. My brother and sister did not come in because they were scared, so my cousin stayed with them.    At night I went trick or treating with my pet snake.  We went to a haunted house because we love haunted houses. Does everyone gets scared when they go to a haunted  house ? Yes they do, but not me. There could be spiders and mummies and rattle snakes. All people get scared.

Ease

(This is the continuation of the preview I posted earlier this week. I hope you enjoy.)

A gentle smooth breeze gracefully wafted from the clouds, and calm jade grass swayed at the distubence. A short, red haired woman stood up from the grass. Her posture was sturdy but as the sun hid at the horizon she seemingly melted to the ground. Her knees rested on soft grass leaving a slight green residue  on her legs, and her thin hands cupped her eyes. Tears rested in the bowl of the woman's palms before seeping through her fingers and falling like rain. The sun was no longer in view and the sky was a lavender color. Another tall figure entered, her hair a matted blonde tangle at the nape of her I neck. She kneeled down and brought her finger the short woman's chin, raising it slightly. The red haired woman's eyes where puffy and red with tears now as she gained volume in her cries. The blonde woman grew worried and tried to hush the other to no avail. Her cries soon diminished into silent hiccups, bouncing her red ringlets. She pressed into the other woman's chest hugging her waist for comfort.

The taller woman stroked the shorter woman's hair; it was smooth as silk. She weaved her fingers through hair of splendor. Each breath the taller took was comfort to the red haired maiden. She could hear the air filling her lungs and every time it escaped.

"After all we've been through you act as if I'm a stranger, Why?" The tall dame's voice coed in a hushed tone. She let out a slightly disappointed sigh.

"I thought you where gone... I though I'd never get you back." The hands of the red haired woman clinched the bonde's sides. Pale fabric between her fingers. "How do I know your not a lie," tears seeped from her eyes and her voice seemingly broke.

"Try as you might but you can't get rid me," the blonde's tone was sincere, melodic and had and undertone of nostalgia. She grinned as she was released from the hug and stared at with eyes blue green in tone.

"You.... rembered?" Eyes wide with shock,  the short woman dumbfoundedly murmured. A nod was returned and memories flowed back from a time when the women where young.

"Of course" the blonde smiled.

"Catch up buttercup" The blonde girl mocked.

"Baylie !" The amer haired girl scolded. "I told you not to go so fast!"

"Well I told YOU not to go so slow" Baylie snorted walking backwards. The amber haired girl's blue green eyes rolled in their sockets. "I just don't want to be late, you know I hate that Austin."
Austin sighed, her red hair falling as she stopped to catch her breath. "Yeah..." she stood up again and jogged to catch up. Her short stature made running long distances a chore. Baylie walked at a slow pace. "Is everything ok with you and your mom? I know it's been hard for you... I can tell that's the reason you've started hanging out with me... for someone to understand." Austin looked over seeing Baylie's eyes watering. "Sorry I me-"

"It's fine," Baylie wiped her eyes dry. "Mom has been a hassle, she hates me now... I wish it never happened." Austin looked downcast. "It's all your fault!" Beleigh knocked Austin over.

"For what? I wanted you happy and you don't want to be?!" Austin pleaded not noticing the scrapes and sharp pain on her right arm. Her eyes widened as she felt her right elbow bleeding. "If you think it's my fault why do you stay!" Austin's voice cracked as her eyes bubbled tears.

"Because your..." Baylie's tone hushed "your... I-I" her rosy cheeks were wet. Austin stood up the scrapes didn't hurt anymore. She reached up and wiped Baylie's cheeks.

"It's ok," Austin's tone was truly motherly. "We don't want to be late do we?" She smirked at Baylee  understandingly.

"Y-yeah," Baylee smiled wiping her cheeks again.

The two walked  beside each other getting to the small coffee shop, they watched as the door opened and they walked in. The two sat at the same table.

"You ok?" Austin asked seeing the distress in Baylie's baby blue eyes.

"I'm fine," she replied before the waitress came over and they ordered.

"Are you sure?" Austin grabbed one of the complementary croissants in the center of the table; for people who came early.
"I'm fine, why do care so much?why can't you leave me be?" Another croissant was taken by Baylie and she shoved it into her mouth.

"Because your my friend, and try is you might you can't get rid of me."  She smiled. Following was a pause long that never wavered. The waitress came back two beverages and a small box in tow.  "Thank you" Austin grabbed the box and drinks placing them on the table. "Baylie our coffee is here." Baylie was distant as she stared out the window.

"Do you understand how hard it is?" Baylie didn't change her glance.

"How hard what is?" Austin grabbed her coffee and a small sugar packet. Baylee clinched her teeth.

"To say..." her words trailed. Austin tilted her head in confusion. "To say I- I," she took a deep breath out.  Then in a hushed tone she said something that made Austin's mouth dry, "to say I really like you."

Austin almost dropped her coffee as she brought her hands to her mouth. She was at a loss for words. "Am I really the reason? The reason why she... no... really?" Her mind spun before it reeled in to speak.  Austin looked at Baylie a few strey tears away from her eyes. Austin leaned over the table to wipe her companion's cheeks and look her in the eyes.

The women grinned at each other.

"I remember that day," The red haired woman said her hand brushing loose hair from blocking her view. "I wish I had told you how much you meant to me, how much THAT meant to me."

"Austin it's fine, it wasn't your fault." The blond woman said holding her companion's shoulder she rubbed it gently. The intent to soothe in mind along with a nagging feeling.

"I could've told you before it happened," Austin whispered. She clutched the other woman's sides again.

"No one could've known the fire would happen. Not even you," Tears welled in the blondes eyes as she spoke.

The cool night air wafted past Baylie as she walked to her porch step. She was refreshed yet she had an inkling that something was wrong. Her backpack felt heavier on her shoulders. She placed her key in the lock and sighed. As she pushed the door open then she waved back at Austin, who was walking to her own house.

Baylie turned around and her face turned pale. Her mother stood sturty and her hands rested on her  hips. Her eyes seemed to burn Baylie's own. "Don't you have anything to say?" Her mothers voice was so powerful and any hint of her being motherly was gone.

"No mother, I was just getting some help after school at the library with Austin. Is there anything wrong with that?" Baylie placed her backpack on the recliner and walked to the kitchen to make dinner. She looked back at her mother whose face cringed toward her nose.

"Anything ELSE?" Her mother tried to milk the situation for what it was worth, but you can't milk a cow that isn't there.

"No mother," Baylie rolled her eyes grabbing her apron and putting it on. She went to the fridge and grabbed the ingredients for a brothy chicken soup. She gathered some celery, some leftover rotesery chicken, and noodles. "Chicken soup ok ma?" Her hand instinctively grabbed her chopping knife and a celery stalk.

Baylie's mother let out a sigh. "It's fine Baylie," the words seemed bitter and hissed through cliched teeth . Baylie felt her arms shake momentarily and closed up the windows. She scowled seeing the large heater on.

"Mom you turned on a heater with the windows open!" She sneered at her mother. She unplugged the heater and trotted back to the kitchen to cut celery. Her mother was embarrassed.

"Why do you care?" Baylie's mom snorted going to the sink and staring into the pool of dirty water and dishes.

"I dunno, maybe it's because last months power bill made it so we had a hard time getting our car fixed and putting food on the table!" Baylie's voice slowly raised and her chopping got faster before a long exhale. Her mother was speechless.

"How dare you-" Her mother started

"Dare I what! How dare I make dinner, and clean the dishes and all the house hold chores AND manage to keep an A in all my classes so I might get a scholarship!" Her eyes where heavy with tears that refused to fall. She poured chicken stock haphazardly into the pot. "How dare I try to improve our poor lifestyle." Her mother gasped and seemingly groweled at her daughter with total rage.  Baylie walked to the sink and washed  her hands of celery before she grabbed the towel off the oven door and dried her hands off. She placed the greasy  towel a little too close to the gas stove. It hug in a pan of bacon fat.

"Oh really you do all the work! I do-" Baylie's mother paused to ponder what she did for the household. "I pay for the house! I pay for the roof you live under young lady!"

"Pfft hardly." Baylie said to herself quietly beginning to chop up chicken after throwing the celery in chicken stock.

The towel lit

"Baylie I'm sorry. I wish I had been there for you." Austin murmured clinging to Baylie.

"I know, I forgive you." Baylie stroked Austin's hair and as she got further down her fingers weaved through the ringlets.

The towel started to burn and lead the fire from the gas stove to the pan of bacon grease and I became some what of a fire ball. Baylie and her mother yelled at each other spitting venom. The argument ad distracted from the fire until-

"BAYLIE WHAT THE HECK, WHY IS THE STOVE ON FIRE!!!!" Baylie's mother spat angrily and smoke started to fill the air. Baylie's mother then grabbed a dirty pot of mucky water and poured it on the fire.

It didn't work and the fire spewed small hot drops of grease and flew hitting the wall and Baylie.

"MOM!" Small seering  drops of fire stung Baylie's bare arms. "YOU DONT PUT OUT A GREASE FIRE WITH WATER-oowwwww!" The damage was done to her arms as she tried to wipe it away. The drops had all spread fire dancing along the walls and smoke filling the house. Baylie tried to run to her phone to call 911 but her mother blocked her.

"WHY DO YOU ACT LIKE YOU KNOW EVERYTHING!" Baylie's mother screamed.

"Mom please!" Baylie pleaded trying to push by getting pushed over. She began to hack and cough and her mother pressed her on the floor.

Austin looked towards Baylie whom  looked downcast as the jade grass. "It's not your fault either," Austin reassured stroking her friends cheek calmly.

"I wish I could say it was... so I could say I was the problem and I was fixed," Baylie smiled snickered to herself a few stray tears dancing from her eyes. "But the problem is still out there, somewhere..." she started to laugh, "I wish she had gone down with me."

Austin tried to calm Baylie to no avail, she remembered something...

Austin sat in the remains of the burnt home of her best, her ONLY friend. She simply cried and looked around the charred remains. Baylie's mother had left the house Scott free with some minor burns but Baylie had passed away from smoke inhalation. Baylie's funeral was canceled soon after it was announced but that wouldn't change the date they gave out her objects that had survived the fire. Austin stood up and explored the house. It was somewhat distopian and barren. Everything was charred, warped or reduced to charcoal.

She explored for awhile looking at everything she was so used to seeing when she came over. She sighed opening the warped door to Baylie's room dispite the lack of walls around it. She came in and saw the warped bedframe covering a shiny metallic object. She criously walked to it and picked it up. It was a small box with out a lid... must have been cardboard. She looked at the side of the box seeing the words "For whom I love" carved into it in sloppy cursive. She was startled and frankly enthused. She looked in the box seeding a velevet coated mini box covered in a ziplock bag. She questioned the dicicion to open it.

She pondered before knowing what to do. She pulled the velvet box from the bag and she sat on the floor. She sighed before opening it her hands quivered and her fingers shook. She managed to open it. The boxes content made her want to cry. A small napkin with a white coffee bean pattern on it, and words where scribbled on it in pen. A small plastic dinosaur ring, and the most heart breaking was a folded picture.

She didn't know what to look at first but decided the picture would be best. She unfolded it and found it to be a photo of Austin and  Baylie sitting next to each other on a bench. It didn't hurt as much as what she saw next. The napkin was her last stop and opening it brought her to tears. It read:

Why? Why do I feel this way? Its not your fault ... not at all... I just want you to know, I love you.

Austin sobbed and tucked the napkin in her breast pocket and slid the ring on her finger. She smiled felling her chest burn and twist.
"I love you too," her hoarse voice was drowned out buy the silence of the air and she started to walk home. Her feet rhythmically tapped the ground meeting the slow beet of her heart. She stared at the green plastic dinosaur ring on her ring finger, it was hard to focus and her eyes where too dry to cry anymore.

Austin tussled about trying to find the napkin or ring. Her had struck something hard in what seemed to be a pocket  on her white clothes. She pulled out the ring. "Was this for me?" She brought it into view so Baylie could understand and she simply nodded.

"Yeah.. that was for you," Baylie smirked. "I'm glad you found it."

"I am too..." Austin stared at Baylie and hugged her genuinely.

"I love you..." Baylie whispered.

"I love you too," Austin grinned and the stars finally came out in the sky.

What Happens Next: Silvius' Story Pt1

"I'm going hunting!" I yelled to my father Valan on my way out the door. I grabbed my bow and arrows even though I didn't need them. I walked to the woods and dropped my bow and quiver, doing the same thing I did that night one month ago.

That night, I was washing the dog wondering what it would be like to be a dog. Suddenly, I heard a clear voice in my head speak a foreign language. The language felt true and I knew I should say it aloud. I did.

Instantly, I felt myself getting shorter. I fell down on all fours, fur sprouting over my body.  I was a little scared, and I didn't know how to change back again. Then, my dad called. I tried to focus on my true form when I heard the voice again. I spoke it and reverted.

Today, I chose to be an eagle. I spoke the words, and took flight. I flew until I spotted a deer. I landed and became into a bear for an easy kill. Finally, I reverted to my true form. As soon as I did, a hermit walked up to me clapping. "Impressive," he said, "Come with me. I want to show you something."

Then I heard my name being yelled from back home. "Silvius, come here!"

This was the first installment of a book I will write on the blog. I want you, the readers, to chose what will happen next. Will Silvius go with the hermit, or go home? Please choose one and leave your choice in the comments.

The Struggle Is Real

I was seventeen when I first got a job at a Timmy's in California. I only worked there for a week this month, but let me tell you, it was not my métier. The job application looked very thorough, so I thought it was a good idea. I was wrong. Using big words, they deceived people and lured them into applying for the job. They used words like "conviviality " and "excogitate."

I contemplate, Alex, was it worth it? No freaking way. My mom told me that morning "Get a job! You just sit here all day trying to learn how to Jiju on the Beet! I'm not sure that dance is very appropriate young man!" Classic Mom.

I was working under minimum wage with only a few tips an hour! I wasted the whole day bawling the word "TIMMY'S!" every time someone walked through the door.

Timmy's is a worse version of the popular restaurant Chipotle. The place loses thousands of dollars every single day. And only the most aggravating customers saunter through the door. And don't forget, the divas.

"I need a half-vegan-half-meat steak burrito with half a cup of pinto beans and lettuce sitting exactly one inch from the beans with gluten-free whole wheat bread. It needs to be warmed to exactly 110°. Also I need some croutons with that aannnddd with seven seconds of it under black light. Also some wild boar farm tomatoes. And the best hot salsa you've got."

"You want the North Pole too?" I joke.

"EXCUSE ME?! Do you know who I am?! I'm Mercedes Pendragon! Ya! Pendragon! I practically own this restaurant! The costumer is alsways right! Now... hurry up Jeeves."

Albeit she was annoying, I couldn't afford getting fired on my first day. And right in that moment, my co-worker Ali walked up to her.

"O-M-G Mercedes! Hey girrll! I gotcha!" This wasn't Ali's normal voice. She sounded like any annoying valley girl. She the proceeded to walk to the back with her "special burrito". Nightmare then sashayed her way out of the restaurant while clicking her Loubotins loudly as she jumped into her S-Class Mercedes-Benz Sedan. Satan-in-human-form also left without paying.

"That's Mayor Pendragon's daughter. We have to serve her, or else we all get fired. She's a real @*!$&." Pessimistic Ali is back.

I wasn't so fortunate with the next costumer to have Ali save me. She was like BMW or Maserati or whatever her name was, but wasn't a diva. She was worse. She was an extreme-couponer.

"Of course sweetie, I'll get your burritos for you... no I love you... kisses!" The maniac grandma then began to kiss her phone so she would "leave her kisses in her husband's ear." The restaurant closed in about twenty minutes, so this was probably my last costumer.

"Do you work here?"

"I'm literally right behind the counter..."

"Good, well I just want a 10 plain barbacoa burritos."

"That's it?" I said sarcastically.

"Yes kind young man." Clearly she didn't catch on.

So I started to make the ten burritos. Since there was no one else in the store, I didn't explain to her that she should have called ahead. The lady then has the nerve. She has the nerve! To pull out a portfolio of coupons.

"Whacha doin?"

"Well, how do you think I'm going to pay for all of this?" She then grabs every chips and cookies and says to ring them up.

 "Ring them up please."

"All that stuff plus the ten burritos?!"

"Actually, I want all the ingredients also."
I ring up all the food, and you won't believe the total.

"Well, since you bought our entire store... Your total comes to five thousand two hundred eighty-four dollars and sixty-nine cents. I smirked knowing she couldn't pay for it, but she lifted her portfolio and tapped it twice.

The coupons fly out! Left! Right! I'm on a surprise episode of Extreme Couponing! The lady was probably going for the world record! After about five hundred coupons fly out, she looks at me like I'm actually going to ring them up!

"No way lady! The store closed like ten minutes ago! I refuse to do this!"

The lady went home, and didn't actually report it to my boss! The next time though, I lost hope for a decent job.

"Can I have a water cup?"

"Ya sure kid. Here ya go."

The kid makes his way over to the fountain and dabs. Then fills it with Coke. Coke!

"Hey kid, that's a water cup. If you want a soda, you have to pay for it."

The kid just glared at me and then began to fill it with Dr. Pepper while still looking at me!

"That's it! I'm freaking done with this!"

I dramatically stormed out the door. Tesla or Porsche would be proud.

One tip of advice. Don't work in fast food. Ever.

Audio Attempt.....

Swim Team

My swim team, the Colorado Torpedos, is the best team in the world. What I love about my swim team is that on my last swim team I got yelled at so much because of my swimming; which I was doing fine,  but my coaches did not think I was. This new swim team is so good and we are the fastest swim team where I live. When there was a meet, my coaches would get us ready for it, and that is why I am so good at the swim meets. I love my swim team and I think other people should join.

There was one really good memory that I had. I was at a swim meet and I was getting on the blocks (the blocks are the stands that you get on and you dive off.) I was doing a 200 meter free. It was super easy for the first 125 meters, but for the last 75 meters my arms and legs started to hurt.
The good thing that happened was I beat my best time. I was third in the heat and it was really good for me. That is how I joined and why I love my swim team so much.

Smiley Face Killer

I sat at my oak desk with a sneer as I slowly glanced at my paper work as though I may soon be lucky enough that it shall be gone. That was when a small slumped over man in his late 30s with a troubled face spoke. His words trembled almost as much as his hands. The man's badge read Watson Protector of Times Square. His eyes were heavy and cold with sorrowful tears. His lips cracked as he began to speak.

"Ma'am, my child was taken along with three others." His face drooped lower then that of a bottomless pit.

"Oh....umm huh?"I cleared my throat.. Do we have any leads as to why these children were taken?" I asked.

"Uh not that I know of Agent carter. However, we are soon expecting news from my partner....sheriff Brook." I licked my lips and began to speak.

"Show me any and all evidence." As before he stated there was no evidence. " Sir," I said sorrowfully, "without even the slightest bit of evidence I can't order everyone in the FBI to scurry down to NYC to even look at the case."

Within the next three days I received an incripted file. I read it and my salt-filled tears fell on my rosy cheeks. Thirty pictures of children and women dead. The first dead girl was my sister, Emilyann. She had gone to NYC for police training. Why? When? I couldn't help but think it was my fault. Her? Why not me? This was wrong and now when I find who did this they will be sorry! Mark my words it will be their last day alive.........

See what happens next!!🤗

Preview

(This is a preview of my work in progress story. I of corse have more than this but this is a stable preview. Without spoiling anything)

Another tall figure entered, her hair a matted blonde tangle at the nape of her neck. She pressed into the other woman's chest hugging her waist for comfort.

fly with music

Since I was nine, I always written songs. My mother taught me how to sing. She also inspired me by singing and teaching me songs. My mom started singing when she was five, and she won second place in the Oklahoma state competitive stage when she was seventeen. She's my mother and I love her. If it wasn't for her and my father, then I wouldn't know were I'd Be.

I've written at least twenty songs and I have been very proud of singing. It's my skill, and also my sport.I've loved music ever since I could remember. It's in my blood and my family. So much of my family has been related to music and that's why I'm into it so much. Music means something to me and my family. Music would always help my family's problems and talent. It would make us so happy.

I shall thank my family for supporting me through out my stage of life and helping me with stage fright. My big sister is sixteen now, and she's my best friend. Her name is Jaysona and when I was nine she would always help me sing. Sometimes she would be the judge  and I would be the singer. We would play all the time and I want to thank her.

Second, I want to thank my cousin, Angel, for singing with me and helping me with music and making something together. She would also help me make songs and with stage fright.

Third, I want to thank my big brother. He's nineteen, and his name is Landon. He plays the guitar and the piano. He also taught me how to play the guitar and piano, and he bought me an electric piano for my eleventh birthday. He always knew how to teach me, and I love his talent, and I love him!

Also, want to thank my parents for always letting me fly away with my music, and feeding me when I needed it. I love you ma and pa.I don't know how to thank you enough. They would always let me sing for Holidays, Birthdays, and celebrations. They would never let me give up and I love that!

Lastly,I want to thank my other cousin Wesley. He taught me how to play electric guitar and he's AWESOME at rocking! He taught me, Nirvana, The Beetles, even Pink. I love him very much and he has been teaching me a lot. Always let out what you need for people to hear.

My thoughts on the new I-Phone 7

You might want the I-Phone 7, but it was a big downgrade. They just removed the head phone jack.
I mean ATMs have more features than the I-Phone 7.
The new wireless ear buds are also a money grab. A pair of wireless earbuds are an additional $159. Lose them and it will cost $159. They are way too small and they are white so there is no point in getting them when you could just get the beats that were made for the I-Phone 7, but not lose $159. At least not as fast as you would as if you bought the ear pods. There is also a rumor  that the I-phone 7 and I-Phone 6 have the same internals.

If you get the I-Phone 7 then you just downgraded and lost your head phone jack .The I-phone 6 is cheaper and has a head phone jack. You need to buy special things to use your head phones when charging your phone.

So that just makes it more of a money grab to get adapters to play music from your phone through your car.

So if you like to have control over what you listen to in the car and have control over the songs then just get the I-Phone 6 S.

There reasoning of why they don't have the head phone jack is because it "takes up to much space". But the headphone jack is 3.5mm and the I-Phone 6 is has thick as the I-Phone 7. If the I-Phone 7 is so good then why hasn't it changed much from the the I-Phone 6.

All they want is money from you and all there other buyers that want the new I-Phone 7 just because it is the latest and greatest, which doesn't mean much. It's like them cloning the I-phone 6 and when they did,  the headphone jack was just gone with no trace but they just gave it to you, because they needed to get the new phone out in time.

Why don't you just get the samsung galaxy s7 edge. It look way better but doesn't have a lack of a headphone jack.

Just don't get the note 5 or this might happen to your ear.

Volleyball season

My volleyball season was amazing! It was amazing because we had great players this year, and they were willing to work hard. It was stressful through out the three days we were trying out because  I wanted to please the coaches! I was able to please the seventh-grade coach, Mrs. Allen.

I was so happy that I made the team. I really wish I could have made the A team which is the eight-grade. Two seventh-graders made A team and one seventh grader made the C team which is sixth-grade. There were a few seventh-graders that got cut and a few sixth-graders, and we had five sixth-graders that came to the B team.

At the end of the season the most exciting part was winning against every team we played. We only lost two games out of ten! The players we had were amazing because they played their hardest! We had three amazing servers. We also had some amazing setters, and hitters. Everyone was so supportive about our team, and how we played. Mrs. Allen said our first few games we looked frighten and knew we were going to lose and we gave up easily on the team.

The most stressful game for me and probably my team was when we lost to CSCS because we were so close to winning. Then the A team was so close, they only lost by one point. There was one game out of the whole season where one of our team-mates served nineteen points straight without the other team scoring. We were so happy that we won our last game.
Then on October 12 we had our volleyball party at Fargo's Pizza. All A, B, and C players were there, and that was a great end to the season.

I really, enjoyed playing with amazing, intelligent, smart, funny, beautiful, and hard working players. All the coaches were caring and taught so much. They helped everything make sence.

Creepy Church

Have you ever been to a creepy house? If you haven't then you are in for a big treat. This was two years ago, when my friends dared me to go into an abandoned church with no flashlight. Challenge accepted!

Now this church was in the middle of a creepy forest. Two people died inside, and the owner got arrested for murder, YIKES!!!!!!

When I first went inside people were talking very slowly, and kept getting louder and louder. All of a sudden they stopped. Creepily, somebody scratched my back. THUD!!!!! POW. When I tried to get out I fell on a piano. Do you wanna know how I knew that? When I fell, the piano played. Then somebody was doing this weird song, I heard running around, torches lite.
EVERYTHING WAS HAPPENING SO FAST!! And then it went away.

An old man said to me, ''Shhhh little boy.'' All the lights turned on and my friends ran to me and said it was a prank.

Great.

Hot-Air Balloon Festival

For Memorial weekend my family, (mom, dad, two sisters, and older sisters, and brother) went to the hot air ballon festival. This was for my memaw and older sister's birthday. They got to go on a hot air ballon. I had a blast watching them take off. While they were on the hot air ballon, my papaw, mom, dad, and little sister went to the kids' zone.

My sister and I got to go on a really hard obstacle course in the air. We had to wear harnesses so we wouldn't fall into a little pool. After the obstacle course, my little sister went into that little pool under the obstacle course. She ran around in a big hamster ball and walked around that pool. I went on a kind of thing where you get in a harness that is hooked to bungee cords and then you got on a tramp. He had the bungees  so tight that I couldn't even put my feet on the ground. The man had to jump up and pull me down and then let go. It was so fun, I went so high in the air! I was doing double front and back flips. It was the best! I hadn't done that in about 4-5 years.

After that we went to see more hot air ballo0ns. We saw even more ball0ons than we did for the last three days. My favorite  one was the black one with green and purple stripes. We had seen a lot of the same one from last year, like Smoky The Bear. It was still a blast though. I'm hoping I get to ride on a hot air ballon in my life time.

We got there at about five in the morning and to about nine or ten.We had to get there really early. They went up three hours later around seven. The plus was that we got to see them all air up, and take off and that was AWESOME!

The Review of the Future

We must be down grading, ever since the new Tphone aka the taco phone came out . It seems we've just gone back many years. I mean you need to get an adapter (dongle) just to put in headphones. Why can't I listen to hard shell the taco of bells without spending an extra five dollars?! Not only do you need to buy an adapter (dongle) but you also need internet for Taco Bell( the documentary).

Tphone

The only thing that actually is popular and works is the Samsung Galaxy T aka the Samsung Galaxy taco. The phone comes with tvr ( taco virtual reality). The Samsung Galaxy T has a lot of games for   t. v. r. Like blindness simulator (it's really realistic). Bang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What was that. Shot it was the Samsung Galaxy T it exploded well I guess there is no good phone they all are bad. The rest is also stupid if you want to know more get a life, or keep reading my blogs. I would get a life but I already have one.

Volleyball Season

My volleyball season went great because we had great people and because I made the team. During tryouts the 8th grade coach called me over with him and I got to practice with the a team, also known as the 8th grade team.

I was so close to making he team, but he had 3 more people who were not there that needed to try out for the team. He was for sure that the were going to make the team and I didn't make the team because I wasn't getting my serves over.

What was good about that whole  thing was that they were for sure that I was making the 7th grade team also known as the a team. Now I am stuck on the 7th grade team, but I am glad I got to play with all these great players.

The b team coach was Mrs. Allen, and in my opinion she was one of the best coaches. This year they were cutting a lot of people even 6th graders. One of the coaches was crying and almost balling because it was so hard for her to cut people. Especially from the c team which is also known as the 6th grade team.

During the whole season we only lost 2 games out of about 10 games. I think the only reason we lost those two games was because we were all not ready to play and we all were too tired. When we won we really won like there was no chance they were going to catch up to us (not to be rude). There was like 2 games where it was almost a tie, but we won anyways.

We lost to CSCS and James Irwin. We were so close to beating CSCS, but apparently not close enough. We were not so close to beating James Irwin, but if we really wanted to we could have caught up. After every sport is over the whole team has a party. Most if the time the go out for pizza. This year the whole a, b, and c team volleyball players went to Fargos Pizza. I had a lot of fun at that pizza place because there was a game room and there was two floors where you could eat on. There was also a piano that played all by itself, it was so, so, so creepy.

All in all I really enjoyed playing volleyball with the best team and the best coach ever!the players on all 3 teams were so beautiful, smart, funny, and really strong even the coaches, except for Mr. Brown because he is a manly beast!
If you want to find out some great volleyball facts this is the way to go!

Scary Ghost Anagram

So, have you ever had a creepy, bone shivering experience?
'Cause if you haven't, I certainly have. Would you like me to tell you?
Around, around, the merry-go-round twisted and turned.
Right, time to investigate... Whoosh! Was that a, a, a chair?
Yikes, that's one strong ghost. "Uh oh," Bang!

Golly! That hurt...
Home, that's where I want to be... The air conditioner with the hot, spicy smell of chicken...
Oh why me!?
Shut up me! This could be my chance! Here I go!!
Trip...
So, here I am again...

How did I escape? Find the location I was in and find out!

My Journey From FLL-FTC

A couple of weeks ago my brother and I were going to Lego League for our first meeting. During the meeting we got told by our coach that if we wanted to we could join FTC (First Tech Challenge) I was very intrigued by the idea. My family and I thought about it and decided to do it. I was excited!

We waited for it to start until finally we got an email from our new coach Tod who is the coach for FRC also, and he told us to watch the kick-off video and look at the pieces. The next morning I met with my brother to watch the videos for the pieces, and the kick-off. After we watched the kick-of off video, we watched the last year's video to get more of a feel of the robot game. Finally, my brother and I watched the video on pieces. Preceding that, we went to the website for the parts and found that there were three sections; the chassis, the moter, and the electric section.

Eventually we emailed the coach back and he said that we would start next week. Yay!

Autumn

AUTUMN

Leaves are falling
Spiders are crawling,
Grass is dying
Flowers are crying,

You should probably start running
Cause cold is coming,
It is getting dark
It's time to stop going to the park,

In their caves bears are going
Uh oh mom is sewing,
Start shopping for sweaters
Grandma is writing letters,

Dad is bringing out the rake
And no it isn't almost summer break,
Here comes fall
Try to avoid it by going to the mall.

What books are you reading?

What books are you all reading? What's happening? The book I'm reading is the Mysterious Island
by Jules Vern. Where I am in the book, the shipwrecked men just found the injured captain on the island, and are carrying him back to their shelter in a cave, so they can all replenish all their energy.
