Nicole ran to the hospital door with sadness in her eyes, and pushed open the door. When she opened the door, all she saw was Cathryn lying in a hospital bed. Her eyes started to water.
Then Nicole ran to the bed her friend was sitting in, and asked if Cathryn was okay.
All Cathryn said was, "Who are you?"
Nicole was thinking Why does she not know who I am? Then Nicole asked the nurse what had happened, and why did she not remember her. All the nurse said was that she was in a car accident and she had amnesia. Then at that moment, she started to cry.
"Will she remember me?" Nicole asked.
"I don't know if she is going to remember you or not."
Nicole ran out of the hospital and to her car. Opening her car door, out of the corner of her eye she saw a car swerving out of control. To her surprise, she saw David's face peer in the rear veiw mirror. His motives were clear as day. A broken heart can cause twisted thoughts.

Great work! I believe if you made your verbs more interesting the story would be much more meaningful.

This story is great and sad. Are you going to write more for this story? I would love to know more about the characters if you are to make a second story.
This is a fantastic story. It's kinda sad but it makes me wonder what it would be like for those people. Has this happened to the you? Or anyone you know?
